Key responsibilities
Provide first-level support to the trading activities.
Develop and improve trading strategies on both centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) exchanges.
Generate post-trade analysis reports.
Assist traders in their day-to-day crypto operations.
Own a 6 month project to deliver at the end of the internship.
RequirementsBackground and experience
Master’s degree in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
Strong coding skills with proficiency in Python and SQL; Rust experience is a plus.
Solid understanding of cryptocurrency concepts, including wallets, blockchains, smart contracts, and stablecoins.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Fluent in spoken and written English.

Recruitment Process
Our process is consistent across all roles and is designed to assess genuine technical depth. Candidates should expect the following stages
Stage 1 : Online technical assessment
Stage 2 : Onsite interview with the Trading team (60')
Stage 3 : Wrap-up interview with TA (30’)
