Job description
VOICE is building an opinion-based signal system on Solana. We're looking for our first in-house lawyer to build the legal function from scratch — ahead of TGE, Tier-1 listings and the next investment rounds.
What you'll do
Build and maintain the group's corporate structure (BVI, Cayman, UAE, EU)
Lead the legal side of the token launch: tokenomics, TGE documentation, token classification, geo-restrictions
Analyze regulatory requirements across jurisdictions for the product
Work with the tech team on smart contract–related legal matters
Draft user-facing documents: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Community Guidelines
Prepare contractor, employee and partner agreements: NDA, Contractor Agreements, IP Assignment
Protect the company's IP: trademarks, copyrights, IP transfer
Support investment deals (SAFE, Convertible Notes, Equity) and prepare the legal part of the Data Room
Manage local law firms, registered agents, auditors and external advisors
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in corporate law
- Hands-on experience with international structuring across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience in Blockchain / Crypto / Web3 projects
- Solid understanding of tokens, smart contracts and digital asset regulation
- IP experience
- Strong legal drafting in English, C1+
Nice to have
- Token launch / TGE experience
- Regulatory experience in gaming, prediction markets or derivatives
- Knowledge of MiCA, VARA, ADGM, DIFC, SEC, FINMA
- VC-backed startups, international funding rounds
- Experience with funds and DAOs
- Built a legal function from scratch
