We are looking for a motivated Junior Market Analyst with at least 1 year of experience in cryptocurrency or financial trading. You will assist with market analysis, monitor trading performance, and contribute to improving our daily operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor cryptocurrency prices, trading volumes, and market developments.
Analyze market data and identify potential trading opportunities.
Assist with daily Spot, Futures, and Options trading activities.
Monitor asset allocation across centralized and decentralized exchanges.
Prepare reports on market conditions and trading performance.
Identify operational or technical issues and coordinate with the relevant teams.
Monitor automated trading systems and ensure compliance with risk management rules.
Maintain accurate financial and operational records.
Collaborate with internal departments to improve trading processes.

Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in cryptocurrency, trading, or financial analysis.
Knowledge of centralized and decentralized exchanges (CEX and DEX).
Basic understanding of technical analysis and market indicators.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and responsibility.
Good written and spoken English.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with a remote team.
