Head of Business Development

About Us: Building institutional-grade self-custody solution for crypto funds, combining EVM and Solana support. Product in market with active hedge fund clients.

Role: Lead business development for our multi-chain custody infrastructure product, focusing on crypto hedge funds and institutional clients.

Requirements:

• 3+ years institutional crypto sales experience


• Deep network in crypto hedge funds


• Technical understanding of custody/infrastructure


• Track record closing enterprise deals


• Experience with multi-chain infrastructure

Responsibilities:

• Lead full sales cycle for institutional clients


• Build relationships with crypto hedge funds


• Develop go-to-market strategy


• Work closely with product team on feature requirements


• Create institutional partnerships

Compensation:

• Base: $120-160K


• Equity: 1-2%


• Commission structure
