While each project may be different, we usually look for the following skills:
- Experience developing high scalable javascript web applications
- Experience with Node JS backends and modern frameworks (ReactJS, Next JS …)
- Experience using GitHub
- Knowledge of TDD
- Experience maintaining open source products or packages
- Web3 dev skills such as substrate pallets, wallets integration, IPFS, etc.
- TypeScript experience
- Rust experience
- GraphQL
- Experience with the Polkadot ecosystem
- Good frontend design skills
- Experience with agile methods (SCRUM)

All of our roles are 100% remote, although some require being based in France or speaking French to deal directly with our some of our clients.

Our recruitment process
The recruitment process might differ depending on the project and whether it’s a freelance or contract role. But it usually looks something like this:
- CV screening
- Test assignment (or show previous work similar to our test assignment)
- 20-30 min video call with HR
- 30-45 min video call with our CTO or a Lead Dev
- Job offer is sent within 72 hours
