Senior Product Manager (US Based)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and upgrade of our main products. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation, ensure successful delivery, collect feedbacks from the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Product stragedy design and Technical Collaboration

Develop product strategy and collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure that product development aligns with market needs and technical feasibility.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Lead cross-functional collaboration, coordinating efforts across departments to ensure projects are completed on time and meet expectations.

Product documentation

Write and maintain detailed product documentation to ensure all team members and the community have a clear understanding of product features and requirements.

Market Research and analysis

Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify market trends and competitive landscape, guiding product decisions.

Community Engagement

Actively engage with the user community, gather feedback, and enhance user satisfaction and product improvement.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5 years+ in product management, at least 3 years with Web3/Crypto industry.


• Web3/Crypto Expertise: Deep understanding of Web3 and crypto culture, narratives, and technologies, with practical experience in Infra projects.


• Technical Mastery: Understand the blockchain technologies and smart contracts, with the ability to interpret and analyze web3 dapps.


• Product Excellence: Proven track record of managing successful products from conception through launch and beyond, including vision, roadmap, and continuous improvement.


• Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities, with the capability to inspire and drive high-performing cross-functional teams.


• Tool Proficiency: Expertise in Figna and other leading product management tools.


• US based and good at English and Mandarin
