ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a data-driven professional to measure, understand, and improve the performance of our risk strategies. You’ll analyze complex datasets, design metrics, build dashboards, and collaborate across the business to drive data-informed decision-making and optimize outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Develop and track metrics to monitor the performance of risk products and strategies
Conduct deep analyses to uncover insights that reduce fraud and increase approval rates
Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams
Build and experiment with ML models to identify fraudulent patterns and enhance detection
Collaborate with engineers on data instrumentation
Create and automate self-serve dashboards using BI tools
Work with cross-functional teams (Business, Product, Engineering) to implement data-driven solutions aligned with business goals
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 7+ years of experience in product analytics, business analytics, or data science
- Prior experience in the Fraud/Risk domain
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Sigma, or Metabase
- Experience building ML models to solve business challenges
- Ability to structure and analyze data using techniques like EDA and cohort analysis, and communicate insights effectively
- Proficiency in defining and communicating performance metrics
- Strong critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and a “getting-things-done” mindset
