Business Development Manager
We are Lifty.io, a Web3 gaming platform with a marketplace, IDO platform, Web3 events listing, and user ranking based on gaming experience. We launched Lifty.io in 2021 and have continuously enhanced our NFT marketplace since then. Currently, we boast over $30M in trading volumes, 300k+ registered users, and over 1M minted NFTs. Our platform is multi-chain and supports a wide array of features, including NFT and collection minting, auctions, bids, swaps, flexible filters, user profiles, and much more.
We excel at developing NFT marketplaces of varying complexity in record time, and we offer White Label solutions for sale or provide API access to our marketplace. We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to help us expand in this direction and attract new clients.

- Develop a growth strategy aimed at achieving financial success and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Organize business meetings with potential clients.
- Promote the company’s products and services, assisting customers in achieving their goals.
- Provide dependable feedback and after-sales support.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop the skills of entry-level employees.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience in business management and sales.
- In-depth market knowledge and a successful sales track record.
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships and manage time effectively.

- A fixed salary starting from $500 + 5-10% commission from White Label marketplace or API sales. The final terms and conditions will be approved following a successful interview.
