Community Lead

Veneth creates tools for people who work in crypto-native organizations. We believe that any project in web3 starts with the community. Therefore we are looking for a person to initiate, promote and lead our community efforts.

Community Lead at Veneth

We are looking for a Community Lead who would be able to kickstart the birth of the biggest community of people who work in Web3. Reporting directly to the CEO they will be responsible for everything from the very first user invitation and onboarding to executing various initiatives, setting the culture and scaling across various channels.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop processes of engaging and onboarding members to the community


• Organize and coordinate community events such as AMAs & discussions on Discord, Twitter


• Be willing to bring and experiment with various community building ideas


• Setting and measuring short, medium and long term goals of the community engagement and growth


• Coordinating product launches within the community

About You

• Active in the Crypto communities on Twitter and Discord


• Have direct experience running, building and cultivating a community


• Able to create content including memes, educational content and lols


• Know the very initial steps needed to grow community from zero

You are an exceptional candidate for this role if you

• Support the idea of decentralization


• Able to work with high degree of ownership and independence


• Have experience in DAOs, know how various decentralized protocols work
