About the Opportunity


We’re seeking a passionate Developer Advocate to bridge the gap between our developer community and internal teams, driving engagement and growth for Kadena. Join us in shaping the future of decentralized finance by empowering and growing our global developer community!


This position will report directly to our Sales Engineer, with the opportunity to grow with the role and company.


How You’ll Make An Impact



  • Foster a thriving developer community through outreach, events, and support initiatives

  • Work on building out our developer tools and prioritizing community requests,

  • Create and maintain technical content, including documentation, tutorials, and video guides

  • Organize and lead hackathons, workshops, and educational office hours

  • Serve as the primary liaison between developers and internal teams, channeling feedback to improve products

  • Engage with developers across various platforms (forums, social media, Discord) to provide support and gather insights

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align developer initiatives with broader strategy

  • Monitor and optimize developer engagement metrics


What Sets You Apart



  • 2 years of full-stack development experience, with proficiency TypeScript, Javascript, and Solidity

  • Experience in developer relations, community management, or developer advocacy

  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

  • Background in blockchain or decentralized applications

  • Proven ability to create compelling technical content (written and video)

  • Passion for building and nurturing a global developer community

  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced, remote environment

  • Experience with presenting at conferences, organizing hackathons, and meetups

  • Ability to mentor and coach developers of various skill levels

What We Offer


This role has an annual starting salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 + benefits listed below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to your individual skills and experience.
