Investment and Partnership Manager (Web3/Crypto/GameFi)

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Investment and Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on the burgeoning fields of Web3 and cryptocurrency.

This role is pivotal in driving our funding initiatives and forging strategic partnerships focused on a product we are currently developing, a Play-to-Earn Web3 game to be integrated on the AirDAO wallet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capital Raising: Strategize and execute funding rounds to secure the capital necessary for product development and growth initiatives in the Web3 space.


• Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with key players in the cryptocurrency sector, including accelerators and innovation hubs.


• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to inform strategies and identify emerging opportunities in the cryptocurrency and blockchain markets.


• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary liaison between investors, partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment of goals and optimization of resources.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in capital raising, with a track record of successful funding initiatives.


• Strong understanding of the Web3 and cryptocurrency landscapes.


• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous roles as an CEO, product owner, or CMO/marketing lead within the Web3 or cryptocurrency domains.


• Demonstrated success in establishing impactful partnerships or deals accelerators.

Skills:

• Hard Skills: Financial modeling, strategic planning, market analysis, blockchain and cryptocurrency knowledge.


• Soft Skills: Strong leadership qualities, proactive mindset, excellent interpersonal and networking abilities, ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
