What are Cool Cats?

Cool Cats are a collection of programmatically random-generated NFTs on the Ethereum blockchain. The 1st generation consists of 9,999 randomly assembled Cats from over 300,000 total options. Cool Cats have a variety of outfits, faces, and colors. Each Cool Cat consists of a unique body, hat, face, and outfit–the possibilities are virtually endless! All Cats are cool, but Cats with complete outfits are the coolest.

The Role

Working on the backend systems for Cool Cats NFT. You would be responsible for working with and leading a team that is building our endpoints that interact directly with our polygon contracts and present the information to the frontend. Experience dealing with high traffic APIs would be key, along with experience in Web3 and Amazon Web Services. We use the following:

• Ethers and Web3.js


• NestJS


• TypeORM


• Polygon Blockchain


• Ethereum Mainnet (For purchasing of our primary NFTs)


• Amazon Web Services, using things like: SQS, S3


• Redis


• Pusher
