Community Manager

Overview

MagmaByte develops and publishes games and game related services for the Web3 audience. We are currently hard at work creating a SF themed RTS blockchain game as well as a social networking platform for Web3 gamers.

The Role

• Engage with users on Discord, Twitter and Facebook channels.


• Develop strategies to expand and increase community engagement.


• Plan and execute community events.


• Collect and analyze user feedback from the community and provide it to the development team.


• Host AMA sessions on community channels.


• Translate community content from Korea into English

Essential requirements

• English language fluency. Advanced English is a must.


• Understanding of the blockchain landscape


• Proficient in Korean language.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience managing Twitter and Discord channels for at least 2 years.


• Experience promoting community engagement in a web3 Game project company.


• Experience conducting AMA sessions.


• Customer service and marketing experience in a web3 Game project.


• It would be great if you enjoy playing games and can communicate well with gamers.


• Our office is located in Seoul, South Korea. Being able to commute to our office is a plus.
