Paladin is a governance lending platform allowing users who don’t vote to earn extra yield. This is the first brick of an ecosystem democratising activism and enhancing voter turnout. The company has raised $2.55M in a previous Seed Round.


Job description:


You will join a team of ambitious builders dedicated to changing the way influence is managed on chain. Our fully remote team is spread between the US and Europe and we’re looking for an extra junior Front End Engineer to accelerate our development.


Responsibilities:


At Paladin you will be expected to:



  • Write clean and efficient code

  • Be coachable and a team player

  • Be able to take ownership of your projects and work independently

  • Be able to work in a small team

  • Work asynchronously with our global team

  • Build a resilient interface

  • Be able to read and understand applied mathematics(finance/economics)

  • Become a driving force in the on-chain governance ecosystem

  • To not build code that lasts forever, we expect you to build Web Applications that can accommodate changes 6-12 months down the road.


Experience:



  • React & EthersJS (or Web3JS) experience or projects

  • Understanding the architecture of smart contracts (& DAOs) and Web3 in general

  • Strong mathematical understanding on an abstract level

  • Being able to work from a Figma design


Nice to have:



  • Understanding of Ethereum and the EVM

  • Experience or knowledge with the following:

    • TypeScript

    • Redux

    • Material-ui

    • GraphQP

    • Golang



  • Relevant project examples (Github link or other)

  • Remote work experience


Salary range:



  • 60k$ - 80k$

  • Token allocation
