Responsibilities
- Source and secure qualified sales opportunities through aggressive prospecting and outreach
- Manage complete sales cycles from opportunity generation through contract finalization
- Conduct consultative meetings with stakeholders demonstrating Halborn’s value proposition
- Develop and execute account strategies maximizing revenue and sales volume
- Perform thorough business discovery connecting client needs to solutions
- Negotiate balanced deal terms, renewals, and account expansions
- Maintain accurate monthly forecasts and CRM data in Hubspot
- Coordinate cross-functional teams through complex sales processes
- Secure legal documentation including MSAs and strategic agreements
- Achieve assigned quotas while driving account penetration and balanced growth
- Manage customer relationships and resolve issues
- Represent Halborn at marketing events and trade shows
Qualifications
- 3–5 years winning new business in technology with Web3 exposure
- Experience selling technology services to blockchain, crypto, or cybersecurity customers preferred
- Demonstrated revenue target attainment and quota achievement
- Exceptional forecast accuracy and follow-up discipline
- Executive presence with strong presentation and influencing capabilities
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills across multiple channels
- High self-awareness and emotional intelligence
- Willingness to develop technical blockchain and cybersecurity knowledge
- Availability to travel up to 40%
