Responsibilities



  • Source and secure qualified sales opportunities through aggressive prospecting and outreach

  • Manage complete sales cycles from opportunity generation through contract finalization

  • Conduct consultative meetings with stakeholders demonstrating Halborn’s value proposition

  • Develop and execute account strategies maximizing revenue and sales volume

  • Perform thorough business discovery connecting client needs to solutions

  • Negotiate balanced deal terms, renewals, and account expansions

  • Maintain accurate monthly forecasts and CRM data in Hubspot

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams through complex sales processes

  • Secure legal documentation including MSAs and strategic agreements

  • Achieve assigned quotas while driving account penetration and balanced growth

  • Manage customer relationships and resolve issues

  • Represent Halborn at marketing events and trade shows


Qualifications



  • 3–5 years winning new business in technology with Web3 exposure

  • Experience selling technology services to blockchain, crypto, or cybersecurity customers preferred

  • Demonstrated revenue target attainment and quota achievement

  • Exceptional forecast accuracy and follow-up discipline

  • Executive presence with strong presentation and influencing capabilities

  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills across multiple channels

  • High self-awareness and emotional intelligence

  • Willingness to develop technical blockchain and cybersecurity knowledge

  • Availability to travel up to 40%
