The Opportunity
This role will be career defining. You’ll play a key role in the continued growth of the Archway protocol.
Your focus will be acting as a liaison between new and existing validator communities, the Phi Labs team, with the goal of empowering as many people as possible to run top notch validator infrastructure, everywhere!

Requirements
What you will need:
- Knowledge of DevOps and linux systems, being very comfortable using command line tools and utilities
- Knowledge of blockchain infrastructure, specifically proof of stake, more specifically in the Cosmos space
- Experience running a validator on any proof of stake network
- The excitement to work and engage with all kinds of smart people across the world
