Tokenomics Expert/Developer

Sherbet is a cryptocurrency-based gambling platform operating on the Polygon Network. Players from all over the world can play against one another in various games to win Sherbet tokens or MATIC (we aim to support other currencies in the future).

We recently launched an NFT collection which sold out in under 10 minutes and has provided us with the runway we need to build an incredible web experience for our community.

We are a fun and passionate group of people working remotely across five different countries, with our core team based in Australia. We are currently looking to hire a skilled tokenomics expert/token developer to join our team.

Requirements

At Sherbet, we are in the mid to late stages of building our platform and want to develop our own token, which will run on the Polygon blockchain. This token will be used for gambling with, as well as rewards, staking, and airdrops. A good example of this concept is ROLL - a token created by the team at Polyroll with who we will be directly competing with.

This token will be a core part of the Sherbet ecosystem and we need to ensure our tokenomics (supply, price, burns, etc) are bulletproof and set up correctly.

What are we looking for

• Experience and knowledge in Web3, including things like smart contracts, tokens, and cryptocurrency as a whole


• Experience with tokens, including creation, minting, yield, farming, issuing, burning, and staking


• Ability to choose appropriate architectures to solve problems


• Passionate about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology


• Excellent English communication skills
