Marketing Director

We’re looking for an experienced marketing professional who has executed successful marketing initiatives and has built communities in the crypto space. You must be passionate about DeFi, comfortable with working in a fast paced environment and highly motivated towards continuous execution and setting goals.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Creation and User Engagement in the crypto space. Experience in Public Relations is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute on Umee’s marketing roadmap including objectives, key results, analytics, and measurement


• Plan and execute campaigns to drive measurable improvements in market awareness


• Build and coordinate with internal and external marketing and PR stakeholders and partners


• Own and strategize our content-publishing plan to create a unique, powerful, and consistent brand voice that helps us achieve our goals


• Market Analytics: Identify trends and insights, while optimizing spend and performance based on the insights

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in leading marketing campaigns for blockchain projects with a proven track record of success


• Experience in designing and executing marketing campaigns for blockchain projects


• Self motivated, thrives in a startup environment and relentlessly executes


• Passion for DeFi; an active power user is a plus
