The Role


We’re looking for a talented integrations product manager to help onboard the next batch of web3 wallets and dapps to the WalletConnect protocol. This role is a hybrid product manager business development and customer success role where both technical and commercial skills are needed. You’ll be working closely with our operations and engineering teams to ensure a seamless partner experience, across their whole life cycle.


Responsibilities:



  • Manage inbound integration requests, and prioritize opportunities across a range of partners. Requests can be either technical or business focused.

  • Generate and close leads for new integration opportunities based on research, networking, and other sourcing activities.

  • Ensure the success of existing and new integration partners to incorporate feedback, bug reports, or technical issues, and pass this onto product and engineering teams, improving the product iteration/improvement cycle.

  • In a rapidly scaling business, build out the processes to ensure that integration partners have consistently excellent customer experience.


Must have:



  • Passion for web3

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities or understand and address potential technical and business issues

  • A proven ability to thrive in rapidly evolving high growth startups

  • Experience managing client relationships

  • Excellent written, editing, speaking, and research skills

  • Self motivation


Nice to have:



  • Experience in product, partnership, or business development roles

  • Crypto / Blockchain experience

  • Comfortable working remotely

  • Social media skills
