The Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in the crypto space to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top Web3 talent for our clients, ranging from startups to established blockchain enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.


• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to engage top Web3 talent.


• Build and nurture relationships with candidates and clients.


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent movements in Web3.


• Leverage various platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Telegram, Discord, etc.) to scout potential candidates.


• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in crypto/Web3 recruitment (agency or in-house).


• Strong understanding of blockchain, DeFi, DAOs, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.


• Proven ability to source and engage with technical and non-technical candidates.


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.


• Experience using ATS platforms and other recruitment tools.


• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.
