Responsibilities
- Coordinate with partnerships team to understand evolving customer needs
- Translate customer needs into engineering requirements
- Coordinate across engineering, design and BD to ensure we’re all working off the same timeline
- Make sure everybody is unblocked, and if issues arise that knowledge is circulated quickly to update all corresponding timelines
- Work alongside design to ensure the app is designed in a way that best solves our customers' needs
- Be the glue to make sure we can build.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience managing a cross functional team
- Empathetic communicator and collaborator who can easily work with people across our organization
- Proven knowledge and interest in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, and DeFi space.
