The Blockchain Engineer / Blockchain Architect / Crypto Specialist develops and supports blockchain technologies and digital asset solutions. Depending on the assigned specialization, the role involves building blockchain applications and integrations, designing system architectures, or analyzing crypto assets, protocols, and ecosystem developments.


The successful candidate will collaborate with engineering, product, security, finance, and compliance teams to evaluate requirements and deliver reliable solutions. This position also assesses technical and operational risks, validates system behavior or research findings, and maintains clear documentation. Architecture responsibilities may include defining technical standards and guiding implementation across teams.


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Relevant experience in blockchain engineering, solution architecture, digital assets, or crypto research.
Understanding of blockchain networks, consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, wallets, and transaction lifecycles.
For engineering positions, proficiency in languages such as Solidity, Rust, Go, Python, or TypeScript, with experience developing and testing blockchain applications.
For architect positions, demonstrated experience designing secure, scalable systems and evaluating interoperability, performance, and governance trade-offs.
For crypto specialist positions, knowledge of token economics, digital asset markets, liquidity, custody, and protocol risks.
Familiarity with blockchain APIs, node infrastructure, indexing tools, and on-chain analytics.
Awareness of smart contract vulnerabilities, key management, access controls, and secure development practices.
Ability to evaluate technical documentation, validate assumptions, and communicate research limitations.
Familiarity with version control, automated testing, and deployment workflows for technical positions.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity.
Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
Relevant projects, research, open-source contributions, or professional certifications are an advantage.
