Job description
Coin/token mining is super energy intensive - and it is in the hand of few and not decentralized!
We democratize mining!
Join as a founding CTO and lead an established team to super big!
Patents are granted and rolled-out worldwide (continuation in progress).
Tech team to implement tested feasibility and is ready to support the founding CTO.
Negotiations with the biggest car brands and companies in robotics and production automation on C-level in progress (some in final stage).
The situation:Cars spend much of their time parked. Robots spend periods waiting between tasks. Connected machines have processors, memory, and sometimes accelerators that may be underutilized.
Our vision is to build a software layer that can aggregate this fragmented capacity into a secure, measurable, and monetizable network.
Rather than building new data centers from scratch, we aim to use existing hardware wherever the economics, safety, connectivity, and technical constraints make it viable.
Potential applications include:
- AI inference:Run suitable AI workloads on compatible edge devices.
- Token-based compute markets:Reward device owners or fleet operators for verified compute contributions.
- Blockchain infrastructure:Explore eligible node operations and selected blockchain workloads.
- Bitcoin mining:Evaluate whether compatible hardware and energy economics justify specialized mining deployments. New company tokens are possible and in negotiation.
- Fleet optimization:Help vehicle manufacturers, robot operators, and fleet owners monetize otherwise idle computing resources.
- The objective is to discover which workloads create sustainable revenue and build a platform capable of supporting millions of distributed devices.
The CTO will own the technical vision and execution of the platform, from its initial architecture to a production-grade distributed computing network.
This is a founding-level role for a technical leader who wants to build a new category of infrastructure at the intersection of edge computing, AI, robotics, connected vehicles, and digital assets.
Responsibilities:
Define the technical architecture, product roadmap, and infrastructure strategy.
Build a distributed orchestration system for heterogeneous computing devices.
Develop secure device agents, workload scheduling, monitoring, and resource accounting.
Evaluate compute utilization, energy consumption, hardware constraints, and unit economics.
Design mechanisms for transparent usage measurement and device-owner compensation.
Evaluate blockchain and token-based incentive models where commercially justified.
Establish partnerships with vehicle fleets, robotics operators, hardware providers, and compute customers.
Recruit and lead the engineering organization.
Work closely with the founding team on product strategy, fundraising, and commercial execution.
We offer:
- A founding-level leadership position with substantial technical ownership.
- Meaningful equity participation, subject to negotiation and definitive agreements.
- The opportunity to shape the architecture, team, and strategic direction from the beginning.
- A technically ambitious project with applications across AI, robotics, connected vehicles, and distributed infrastructure.
- A compensation structure designed to evolve with funding, milestones, and company growth.
- The opportunity to build a new computing network rather than simply operate an existing one.
The ideal candidate combines several of the following:
- Experience building distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or edge computing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Linux, containers, workload scheduling, and heterogeneous hardware.
- Experience with AI inference, GPUs, NPUs, or robotics systems.
- Security expertise involving untrusted devices and distributed execution.
- Familiarity with Web3 infrastructure, blockchain economics, or cryptographic verification.
- Startup experience, product judgment, and the ability to recruit a small, exceptional engineering team.
