DXdao is a decentralized collective that builds and governs DeFi protocols. Founded in 2019, DXdao’s product suite includes:



  • Swapr, a governance-enabled multi-chain AMM with custom liquidity mining rewards creation and best-price trading features

  • Carrot, a platform for community-driven programmable incentives

  • DXvote, a platform made for DAOs by a DAO. Reputation, token voting and holographic consensus

  • Omen, a leading prediction markets platform


DXdao is an entirely on-chain organization. Everything from hiring decisions to product updates happen through its community-driven governance system, based on holographic consensus.


We are looking for a creative Art Director who is able to translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impactful campaigns that stimulate targeted audiences.


What you should be interested in doing:



  • Leading all creative design for a decentralized autonomous organization

  • Generating clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the community and marketing squads

  • Ensuring consistency in design across all the online and offline marketing channels

  • Understanding marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience

  • Inspiring, creating, and sustaining a culture of excellence by mentoring designers and partners in best practices and design process

  • Crafting break-through brand campaigns and industry leading design

  • Being accountable for the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to members of the creative design team

  • Anticipating problems that may impede an initiative from completing on time and implement solutions

  • Continuously iterating and improving DXdao content and output


DXdao is looking for:



  • An independent, self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Someone with experience working in a collaborative setting with engineers, user researchers, and product teams

  • A contributor familiar with a variety of software programs, such as Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint and others

  • A contributor with a strong track record independently delivering work as well as influencing the work of other designers, contractors, and agencies

  • A contributor with excellent written and verbal communication skills
