About the role:

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving personalized recommendation algorithms for the Lens API. Your work will help users discover valuable connections and content, driving user engagement and satisfaction.

**Assuming you have eligible working rights and a minimum of 5 +/- hours overlap with your team, you can choose to work remotely or from our London office.

• Design, implement, and improve machine learning algorithms for personalized recommendations


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions


• Monitor and maintain the performance of machine learning models and systems


• Lead the development and deployment of scalable machine learning solutions in production


• Advocate for and implement best practices in machine learning and data science


• Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends in machine learning and recommendations

• Significant experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar role, particularly in the social networking or e-commerce space


• Proficient in Python and experience with common machine learning frameworks


• You’re passionate about using machine learning to create personalized and impactful user experiences


• You have a proven track record of designing, building, and deploying recommendation systems


• You enjoy working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, and are excited by the opportunity to shape the future of social networking
