Operations & Finance Analyst

The candidate will work directly with the COO, playing a key role in the operations and finance team, providing analyses to internal groups as well as building and delivering reports directly to clients in both the analytics and quant divisions. The candidate will also assist in revamping the company’s operational processes. Day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare and deliver performance reports to institutional clients


• Build analytical models for internal stakeholders to understand and improve their unit’s performance


• Support COO with the preparation of financial statements


• Work with engineering and product teams to build better customer experience for institutional and retail clients


• Interact with suppliers and other external stakeholders

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Strong data analysis skills


• Interest in advanced use of analytics


• Strong communication and presentation skills


• Basic understanding of financial statement preparation


• Excellent organizational skills


• Interest in working in a fast-paced, high growth environment


• Adaptable and willing to help where needed


• Bachelor’s degree


• Advanced management of Excel (required), understanding of other data management programs (preferred)


• 2-5 years of experience
