The Comms Manager is critical to our success. You’ll be focused on storytelling and thought leadership around DeFi and Crypto. You will be a key player on our exceptional team, helping to build and execute high-impact communications strategies. You are a master storyteller and will help identify how, when and which audiences to engage.


Roles & Responsibilities:



  • Develop and lead the overall storytelling strategy of Transak

  • Develop a cohesive strategy to share Transak’s vision across all communication channels (website content, email, video, social media, design content, discord)

  • Manage global agency partners on media relations, speaking opportunities, and other external comms efforts

  • Build and cultivate relationships with relevant media, journalists and influencers within the DeFi, Blockchain, Crypto community

  • Manage and ensure quality and consistency in all communications materials

  • Create high quality, compelling communications for different audiences for a variety of channels (blogs, podcasts, email, presentations, live events, videos, websites, social media)

  • Reviewing, refining, and leading on the global communications and PR strategy

  • Lead internal and external communications, content strategy, campaign management, and social media functions

  • Report to the Head of Marketing and work alongside sales, product, partnerships, and customer success teams.


The Skills And Experience:



  • 6+ years experience in comms/PR

  • Experience in, and passion for, blockchain and peer-to-peer technology.

  • Excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.

  • Ongoing assessments with stakeholders to identify the ever-evolving marketing, digital, and comms strategies

  • Will be hands-on and get dirty when needed.

  • Start-up experience is highly preferred

  • A strong communications background, with a blend of internal and external messaging

  • An established network of finance, crypto and business press contacts is a huge plus
