Senior Developer Relations

About Us:

Phala Network is a next-generation cloud platform that provides a low-cost, user-friendly trustless environment, making zero-trust computing accessible to a broad range of developers. By leveraging a hybrid infrastructure including Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs), blockchain, Multi-Party Computation (MPC), and Zero-Knowledge Proof (ZKP), Phala delivers flexible, open-source, and affordable verification solutions for any developer, in any type of program.

Core Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with key projects in the blockchain industry, identify partnership opportunities and promising use cases of Phala


• Support our partners building their products based on Phala cloud service, and gather feedback to drive product decisions


• Listen to the requirements from developer community and recognize the real pain points behind them


• Educate developers about Phala and its Phat Cloud through technical documentation, walkthrough videos, template repositories, and other technical resources

Hiring Requirements

Personal:

• Native English speaker


• Remote (US)

Experience:

• Deep understanding with the smart contract landscape and crypto ecosystem


• 3+ years in a developer relations role


• 2+ years of experience in Solidity, and JavaScript/TypeScript

Skillsets:

• Fast Learner of Action: Keep focusing on the latest technical improvements in the smart contract ecosystems, and have a trial on them yourself


• Developer Experience Centric: Actively think about how to lower the barrier and improve the experience of developers building on Phala


• Technical Proficiency: A strong understanding of the technical aspects of our products to communicate its benefits effectively.


• Articulate: Able to distill and simplify complex topics, making them accessible and understandable to diverse audiences.


• Presentation Skills: Proficiency in presenting product features, benefits, and strategies to internal teams, stakeholders, and external audiences.

Bonus points:

• Project experience using popular AI projects


• Technical enthusiast/KOL in Ethereum, Solana or other communities


• Rust programming experience

Compensation:

• $70k-$150k
