Working for Bebop

At Bebop you will be in charge of delivering high-performance, scalable and beautiful web3 applications. You will lead the engineering team, design back-end and front-end architecture, write and release top quality code and refine DevOps practices. You will push the boundaries by delivering technical innovation in blockchain space. You will use your best entrepreneurial instincts to make technology choices that drive business growth.

Hard Skills Requirements

• Strong experience designing, delivering and scaling b2c applications for millions of users across all platforms. 


• Strong experience in financial technology, preferably having understanding of the functionality and engineering aspects of Web3 tooling 


• Evidence of building and developing high-performance development teams


• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node as well as experience in developing smart contracts in either Solidity, Rust, Scilla etc. - this could include personal projects as well! 


• Excellent communication skills coupled with a strong passion for DeFi; constantly keeping up to date with new developments in the industry.


• A Computer Science background or similar.

Nice to have Requirements

• Python knowledge is a strong plus, but not mandatory 


• Appreciation for jazz :)
