The ideal candidate is user-obsessed and is dedicated to bringing the voice of our users to every table and empowering our organization to solve our customers' problems. Develops products by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies.


Responsibilities



  • Define and drive product strategy, vision, and roadmap evangelizing to all teams, partners, and users of our products.

  • Work cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and other internal team members to launch and scale our products.

  • Write detailed user stories, identify edge cases, and work with the engineering team to roll out features in a fast-paced, actionable environment.

  • Determines user needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.

  • Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.


Required Skills



  • 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in cryptocurrency and blockchain companies.

  • Deep understanding and/or a user of DeFi products (mandatory).

  • Technical background and ability to evaluate the technological strengths and weakness of third party solutions.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

  • Sincere empathy for the user and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience.
