We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This position requires an individual with a history of success in managing client relationships, a knack for understanding business needs, and a passion for delivering top-notch service.


Responsibilities



  • Ensure that current clients are pleased with their experience at P2P

  • Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive information on current clients in the CRM system

  • Handle accounts receivable and payable with clients and partners

  • Monitor dates and manage the renewal/signing of necessary documents with current clients

  • Facilitate communication with clients and oversee the KYC process and document signing

  • Collaborate with Support, BD, Product, Finance, and Legal teams to address the needs of existing clients

  • Keep track of significant dates related to clients and ensure high-quality and timely responses to these events

  • Manage upsell communication with current clients by organizing and conducting newsletters, webinars, and other forms of outreach focused on the current client base

  • Announce important company offers and generate leads for the BD team


Requirements



  • Native or mother-tongue level of English

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with major enterprise clients

  • Outstanding communication skills in both written and verbal interactions

  • Ability and willingness to work in a high-paced, multitasking environment

  • Experience in negotiating in complex and conflict situations

  • Experience as a project manager would be a significant plus

  • Experience working in startups and commercial teams would also be a considerable advantage

  • Previous exposure to fintech, financial services, or blockchain is a must.
