The role you’re applying for

We are looking for a seasoned and inventive Research Analyst with experience in Web3 research and market research. This role calls for a naturally curious, analytical, and creative individual who can transform complex Web3 topics into compelling, actionable, and visually engaging research.

At Onchain, we continuously explore new frontiers in Web3, and our new Research Analyst will be instrumental in ensuring that our research stays relevant, insightful, and unique across evolving topics, from DeFi and real-world assets to decentralized infrastructure and beyond.

What you’ll be doing

• Contributing to Onchain’s research by writing reports on real-world use cases of blockchain and Web3.


• Providing ideas for new topics of research papers and articles published by Onchain.


• Providing ideas for new research methods and implementing them in practice.


• Conducting both quantitative and qualitative analysis of Web3 companies, trends, and technologies.


• Writing articles and social media posts for the purposes of Onchain’s social media accounts.

What we’re looking for

• Good understanding of onchain data analysis and the ability to use it in practice when creating insights for entrepreneurs.


• The ability to analyze Web3 from the business and market point of view.


• Content writing skills.


• Excellent knowledge about Web3 and the current trends/narratives.


• The ability to present insights in an engaging and understandable way.


• The ability to combine Web3 research with the real world (we’re not looking for an “investment alpha researcher”).

Extra credit

• Already established social media presence (active X or/and LinkedIn profiles)
