Role Overview


We are hiring a Business Development Lead to own and scale revenue generation at Noncitizen.


This is not a traditional sales role.


You will be responsible for:



  • Building a high-quality pipeline

  • Converting inbound and outbound opportunities into signed engagements

  • Developing strategic partnerships that drive consistent deal flow

  • Acting as the bridge between market demand and our service offering


You will work directly with the founder and play a critical role in shaping how the agency grows.


Key Responsibilities


Pipeline Development & Lead Generation



  • Identify and engage high-quality prospects across Web3, tech, and adjacent industries

  • Develop outbound strategies tailored to founders, marketing leaders, and operators

  • Convert inbound interest (social, referrals, content) into qualified opportunities

  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of aligned prospects


Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop



  • Capture insights from sales conversations (pricing sensitivity, demand trends, objections)

  • Provide structured feedback to refine positioning, offers, and messaging

  • Identify new service opportunities based on market demand


Experience



  • 2–4+ years in business development, sales, or growth roles

  • Prior experience at a marketing, creative, or strategy agency strongly preferred

  • Proven track record of closing service-based deals


Core Competencies



  • Ability to sell intangible, high-value services (strategy, creative, positioning)

  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and conversational)

  • High level of judgment in assessing client quality and fit


Great to Have



  • Experience in Web3, crypto, or emerging technology sectors

  • Existing network of founders, operators, or investors

  • Familiarity with platforms such as X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Telegram for sourcing and outreach


Compensation



  • Base salary + commission
