Graphic Design Intern

Who We Are

Paladin is an Ethereum protocol that specializes in cryptocurrency governance and voting. Paladin’s mission is to democratize access to cryptonetworks by coordinating voters and activists through markets and tools. The ecosystem is growing and also has an active community passionate about governance. You will join a team of ambitious builders dedicated to changing the way influence is managed on blockchains. Our fully remote team is spread between North America and Europe and we’re looking for an exceptional visual designer to join our team. This will be a paid, full-time internship that could become permanent.

The Role

We are looking for a passionate graphic designer to deliver assets that grow and evolve Paladin’s visual identity. You may be an illustrator or graphic designer, seeking to get more experience in an exciting industry. You have a strong understanding of marketing while still keeping that flair and originality to your designs. The prospect of exciting and educating people about crypto governance motivates you.

Responsibilities

• Differentiate Paladin through visual design and/or illustration


• Create assets and graphics to accompany blog posts, social media posts, and websites

Skills

• A robust portfolio demonstrating your talents


• 1-2 years proven work experience with graphic design/visual design


• Motion, 3D and illustration skills are a huge plus


• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and continuous learning


• Ability to work self-sufficiently and remotely in a dynamic startup environment


• Strong organizational and project management skills


• Familiarity with blockchain, cryptocurrencies is a huge plus but not required
