We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Web3 Growth Hacker with a strong network in CIS to drive explosive growth for our platform. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our user base, increasing engagement, and maximizing user acquisition through innovative growth strategies.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies focused on Telegram bot and mini program adoption.

  • Leverage your extensive network in CIS to identify and partner with influencers(KOLs), communities, and media outlets to amplify our brand and reach.

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

  • Implement A/B testing and data-driven optimization to continuously improve growth metrics.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user onboarding, retention, and monetization.

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure growth success.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Web3 trends and technologies.


Requirements:



  • Proven track record in driving user growth in the CIS region is a must.

  • Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystem, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrencies.

  • Extensive network within the CIS crypto community (KOLs and projects welcome).

  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.

  • Experience with growth hacking methodologies and tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in English and Russian.

  • Candidates with existing CIS region KOLs preferred.


Bonus Points:



  • Experience with viral marketing campaigns.

  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.

  • Experience with paid advertising channels.
