New data (ownership history, maintenance and renovation records, solar potential, etc.) is added to each home on the network by integrating organizations across the real estate ecosystem, which homeowners can choose to monetize on their own terms.

🏡 About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager (US-based) to engage with our community, create content for social media, and help grow our user base. You will work closely with our founders and a full team across PR, performance marketing, content, and design. The ideal candidate must be thoroughly versed in Twitter and the communities, projects, and influencers relevant to both Web3 and real estate. Responsibilities will include:
- Plan and execute community initiatives and programs
- Create consistent, timely, and engaging content across Twitter and other social media channels
- Grow our user base and increase social metrics and traffic
- Build relationships with community members, influencers, and potential partners
- Craft narratives, positioning, and branding to boost awareness and engagement
- Activity engage the community and make sure all questions and comments are answered in a timely and thoughtful manner
- Use a consistent voice that aligns with our brand while communicating across all channels
- A focus on audience development, lead generation, user experience, conversion optimization, funnel design, and behavioral analytics in all content
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, ensuring they align with the KPIs central to community growth and user acquisition
- Propose & implement new marketing and outreach strategies
- Stay current with industry news, trends, launches, best practices, etc.
💫 About You
- You have a deep understanding of both Web3 and real estate
- A shared passion for what we are building
- You live on social media, especially Twitter
- Proven experience driving rapid growth on Twitter and other top social media platforms
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English
- Your content is clear, witty, and concise at all times
- Proven experience with Web3/blockchain communications in an established agency, an in-house team, freelance, or a similar role
- Deep understanding of how to best leverage Twitter, but enough flexibility to engage on other mediums (eg, Reddit, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- You are data-driven and experimental
- You’re a motivated, independent self-starter who will research and learn the skills and knowledge you need to be successful
- You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Enjoy creating, planning, and scheduling content
- Keen interest in blockchain technology, current trends, and its various use-cases
- Must be based in the US
- Basic graphic design and dank meme generating skills are a plus
