Role Overview


As a Regional BDM, you will be the face of our exchange in your region — responsible for bringing in high-volume traders, local KOLs, affiliate partners, and institutional clients. You’ll act as a growth catalyst, identifying market pain points and building strong relationships that translate into adoption and volume.


Key Responsibilities



  • Acquire and onboard active crypto traders, affiliates, and institutional partners in your region.

  • Manage and grow trading volume from your network.

  • Drive regional GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy, collaborating with marketing and product teams.

  • Identify region-specific pain points and coordinate with internal teams to localize campaigns.

  • Build and manage relationships with crypto influencers, trading communities, and Telegram admins.

  • Represent the brand at events, AMAs, and offline meetups (where applicable).

  • Track performance metrics (signups, volume, activation, retention) and report weekly.


Requirements



  • 1–3+ years of experience in crypto exchange, brokerage, trading platform, or Web3 project.

  • Proven network of traders, KOLs, or affiliates who trust your credibility.

  • Strong understanding of crypto trading (Spot, Futures, P2P) and community dynamics.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

  • Self-starter attitude with an ability to work independently and hit clear KPIs.

  • Region-specific language fluency is a plus.


Compensation



  • Base commission on referred volume (up to 60%)

  • Performance-based bonuses
