About the Role


We are currently seeking an exceptional and experienced Founding Product Designer to join our Product Development Studio. The ideal candidate will be a highly autonomous, independent, and creative individual, who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our cryptocurrency products and services.


Responsibilities



  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and develop engaging and intuitive user experiences.

  • Exercise autonomy, independence, and creative control in the end-to-end design process, from ideation to prototyping, testing, and final implementation.

  • Establish and maintain design principles, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistent and coherent product experiences across all platforms and touchpoints.

  • Create and iterate on high-quality visual assets, including user interfaces, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and validate design decisions, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our users and align with market trends.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that design solutions are feasible, scalable, and align with technical constraints.

  • Champion user-centered design within the organization, fostering a culture of empathy and innovation.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the field of product design and user experience.


Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on digital products and user experience.

  • A diverse portfolio that showcases your design process and demonstrates your ability to create user-centered solutions.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.

  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

  • Strong visual design skills, with an eye for detail and a deep understanding of design principles and aesthetics.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to make consistent progress through the ambiguity of early stage product development.
