At Natural Selection Labs, We are dedicated to creating an internet that supports the free flow of information online.
All our work is open-source on GitHub.
We believe in the basic right of internet users to create, disseminate and distribute information away from the stronghold of centralized governing systems.
We are a globally distributed organization: all our members work remotely from different countries including the US, Japan, New Zealand, the UK and China. We promote flexible working hours, so both early birds and night owls are welcome!

RSS3-Hub-Data
Before they go live, information about our distributed nodes is made free and open by making all RSS3 user data publicly available on GitHub, with 70,000+ users, 230,000+ relationships, and 2,200,000+ assets available to see in real-time.

What the role entails
We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. Core responsibilities include:
- Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns / ama/ Hackathon / events / festival celebrations
- Managing online communities & Social media
- Maintaining and growing RSS3 Eco Developers & Users
- Business development
- Note: Don’t worry if you can’t do all of the core responsibilities above! If you excel in a certain area, please do not hesitate to tell us.
What expertise and qualities do you need to have?
- At least one year of marketing experience (experience in blockchain & Web3 is advantageous)
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Innovative problem-solving skills
- A positive and optimistic attitude, enthusiastic about communicating and socializing with others
- An excellent team player, able to collaborate with our team to achieve outstanding results
- Commitment to our core value: that humans could and must create, disseminate and distribute information with an approach that is as healthy and as equal as possible
