Growth Lead

Fuel is building the most scalable layer-2 technologies in the world. We are in search of an experienced growth lead who possesses a special talent for communication, networking and coordination.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a growth lead or similar role.


• 4+ years of experience working with crypto / blockchain native projects.


• A proven ability to massively grow ecosystem adoption of cutting edge technologies.


• A proven track record of closing partnership deals.


• A proven ability to turn complex information into easy to understand content. (verbal and written)


• Native level proficiency in written and oral English.


• Prior experience working remotely in a globally distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Raise awareness and drive outreach.


• Represent Fuel at events and conferences.


• Understanding the needs of partners and keeping a close feedback loop with the Fuel engineering team to track and solve issues.

Bonus

• Existing network of relationships within the blockchain industry.


• An understanding of the blockchain landscape.


• An understanding of the Ethereum layer-2 ecosystem.


• Background in philosophy.
