Community Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community strategies and tactics across various platforms (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, etc.) that align with our brand voice and the projects we support.


• Create engaging and on-brand content for the community that resonates with Web3 audiences, showcasing expertise in crypto and an exciting vision of the future.


• Plan and execute third-party content programs that utilize KOLs, Telegram groups, and threads to expand reach and impact.


• Serve as the Memelord in Chief, crafting memes that energize the community and attract new members.


• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to provide insights and continuously improve our strategies.


• Stay informed about the latest trends and narratives in the Web3 space.


• Engage with our client’s community, turning followers into passionate advocates.

Required Skills and Attributes

• 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the Web3 or tech sectors.


• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, Web3 ecosystems, and crypto culture.


• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.


• Proven track record of growing and engaging online communities.


• Strong analytical skills and experience with social media management and analytics tools.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.


• Creative mindset with a talent for crafting compelling narratives and “meme-worthy” content.


• Familiarity with Web3 marketing tools and platforms.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.


• Strong critical thinking skills.
