The role you’re applying for

We are looking for a Head of Operations to support operations across all our groundbreaking projects. Your mission is to build and shape a high-performing Operations team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while fostering a collaborative and purpose-driven culture. You’ll establish clear north star metrics, set and track goals, and develop short-term strategies for success, while creating an environment where individual talents and team potential thrive. In addition, you’ll streamline processes and drive data-driven decision-making, ultimately guiding the team to focus on what truly matters.

What you’ll be doing

• Design and implement long-term operational strategies.


• Oversee and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day business operations.


• Improve workflows and enhance overall process efficiency.


• Develop, implement, and manage organizational policies to ensure compliance and alignment with business goals.


• Lead the team ensuring positive experiences and maximizing potential.

What we’re looking for

• Demonstrated experience in establishing and leading an operations team


• Proven expertise in Operations, particularly in process optimization, business operations, and company policies


• Understanding the principles of self-organized teams and role based work


• Business acumen and technical proficiency


• Excellent stakeholder management


• Hands-on approach to problem-solving
