About the Role


ZetaChain is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the integration of tier 1 decentralized applications (dApps) onto our platform, targeting high monthly transacting users (MTU) as the primary metric. Your efforts will focus on attracting developers to build on our omni-chain blockchain ecosystem, sourcing strong teams building omnichain apps with unique features and sleek UX, and leveraging your connections and expertise in the space.



  • Lead BD/Partnership Strategies: Champion innovative partnership strategies, initiatives, and programs to expand our platform’s ecosystem, scaling the developers building on Zetachain and optimizing existing collaborations.

  • Leverage Industry Relationships: Utilize your extensive network within the blockchain, omni-chain, and dApp sectors to strategically develop partnerships that will enhance our platform’s offerings and attract potential developers and users.

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the expert on current and future partners, managing day-to-day relationships and driving global strategy to ensure successful collaboration and integration.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Content, Marketing, and Product to understand the product deeply and provide valuable partner feedback to improve and iterate on our offerings.

  • Executive Reporting: Collaborate with the executive team to report on partnership development, deal stages, and overall deal flow, ensuring transparency and strategic alignment.

  • Innovative Problem Solving: Be creative in identifying new use cases, verticals, and opportunities to drive platform growth and developer engagement.

  • Public Presence: Expand public presence to raise awareness and build out thought leadership for omnichain, account abstraction, and universal app narratives by attending and speaking at conferences, public forums, and developer pitch sessions.


About you


3-5 years of experiences of:



  • Partnership Development Experience and Customer Acquisition Success: Proven track record of building and maintaining partnerships in the blockchain, omni-chain, or dApp sectors, especially for high-growth platforms, combined with experience in deploying effective customer acquisition and growth strategies, particularly in securing a startup’s initial user base and identifying scalable opportunities.

  • Scalability and Iteration: Ability to build, scale, and refine partnership initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive Mindset: A driven, get-it-done attitude to scale our platform with innovative, out-of-the-box solutions.

  • Product Collaboration: Comfort in partnering with Product teams to transform customer feedback into practical, effective solutions.

  • Passion for Blockchain: Genuine interest in blockchain technology, security, and ethical internet practices.


Nice to have



  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and either Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Japanese, or Korean, facilitating better communication and partnership opportunities internally and in key markets.
