Role Overview:

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of our crypto and financial applications. You will be tasked with creating user-centric designs that are both intuitive and engaging, catering to our diverse user base. This role demands a high level of creativity, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of modern design practices in the fintech and crypto space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of new features and improvements across our product suite, ensuring a cohesive user experience.


• Demonstrate a high sense of ownership and accountability, ensuring design quality and consistency across all product touchpoints.


• Collaborate closely with product research and engineering teams to define product strategy and vision.


• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify user needs and pain points.


• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for various digital platforms.


• Utilize a deep understanding of UI/UX principles to advocate for the user’s perspective across all phases of the design process.


• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the crypto and financial sectors.


• Actively contribute to the development of our design system, ensuring scalability and efficiency in our design processes.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 4 years in product design, specifically with a portfolio that includes crypto/financial * plications. Design Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and willingness to learn new software.


• UI/UX Design Principles: Strong grasp of UI/UX design principles and methodologies, with a focus on fintech and crypto applications.


• Visual Design Skills: Solid foundation in visual design, including typography, layout, and color theory.


• User Research: Proven experience in conducting user research and applying insights to design decisions.


• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent skills in both areas, capable of thriving in a dynamic startup environment.


• Project Ownership: Demonstrated ability to lead projects from inception to completion.


• Responsive Design: Experience with responsive design and knowledge of its technical aspects.


• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with product development technologies like Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS is highly valued.


• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly with engineering teams, indicating a deeper understanding of the technical implementation of designs.


• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of overcoming design challenges in a product environment.
