Palladium is a decentralized exchange（DEX）protocol, which provides a user-customizable multi-token AMM.

The customizability of AMM logic for future users’ demand must be most important for the present DEX, especially in rising blockchains such as Aptos.

About Our team

Today the Palladium team is 10+ strong. This squad of engineers, designers, and business developers is responsible for imagining, building, and maintaining the DEX we are developing.

In this role you will:

• Help improve engineering processes and implement best practices


• Lead by example by contributing as an engineer in feature development and code reviews

What will you bring

What you will need

• Relentlessly curious about the emerging technology of the web3 ecosystem


• 2+ years of experience as engineers


• You have a bias to action, a high sense of urgency, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done


• Security-minded and always keeping an eye out for potential threats and vulnerabilities in your code


• Strong work motivation and a high level of commitment and passion for your goals

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of software engineering best practices across the development lifecycle, including agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source management, and build processes.


• Excellent communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills.


• Experience of Blockchain development


• Strong public speaking capability, with proven experience
