What You’ll Do

As a KOL Growth Manager, you’ll be responsible for scaling the personal brand of one or several creators on X (Twitter), from strategy to execution:

• Growth Strategy: Design and implement long-term growth plans that increase reach, audience quality, and monetization opportunities.


• Market Research: Identify growth opportunities, analyze audience behavior, and monitor trends in Web3 Twitter.


• Creative Supervision: Oversee content rubrics, help shape narrative formats, plan SMM, and test new distribution ideas.


• Content Distribution & Seeding: Promote content via cross-support strategies and external Web3 communities.


• Partnerships & Networking: Build and maintain relationships with other KOLs, agencies, and crypto projects.


• Performance Tracking: Analyze account metrics and recommend optimizations to improve performance.

✅ Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Web3 marketing (mid to senior level)


• Proven track record of growing accounts on X/Twitter


• Experience managing or developing a personal brand


• English level: B2 or higher


• Ability to structure, plan, and manage multiple campaigns

Bonus Points For

• Knowledge of X/Twitter algorithms


• Experience with crypto media or research accounts


• Strong creative/guerrilla marketing portfolio (from idea to execution)
