Senior Frontend Developer (Web3)

We are looking for a senior highly skilled and experienced Web3 frontend developer, who would have the opportunity to build their own team in our office in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development efforts initially solo, with the potential to expand your team to four members based on your progress.


• Build the frontend for our innovative 1inch.ae product, an exciting UAE Exchange platform built on our cutting-edge technology.


• Independently write code and ship products during the initial stages, demonstrating your ability to autonomously build MVP/proof of concept paving the way for team expansion as the project evolves.


• Thereafter, hire and manage your team to countries to develop the product.


• Integrate Web3 technologies seamlessly to enable decentralized features and functionalities.


• Ensure the scalability, maintainability, and code quality of the developed solutions through rigorous code reviews and testing.


• Collaborate effectively to define project scope, objectives, and technical requirements, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.


• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for the developed components and functionalities, facilitating knowledge transfer within the team.


• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and incorporate them into the development process to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in frontend development.


• 3+ years of experience in Web3/Ethereum


• Proven expertise in Vue.js/Angular/React with a deep understanding of its core principles.


• Experience of building and leading a team.


• Extensive knowledge of Web3 technologies and frameworks, with a track record of successfully leading and contributing to the development of complex Web3 projects.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
