We are looking to add a full-time Web3 Recruiter with solid experience in the Web3 industry, to help us source the best talent in this space. You will work closely with product and engineering to find top quality candidates that align with our values and are passionate about NFTs and the metaverse. Our company is growing fast, and with both a clear vision and strong values, we are the industry leaders in designing and developing scalable solutions for the open metaverse.


Responsibilities:



  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processed, from drafting attractive job descriptions to onboarding

  • Build up a steady pipeline of suitable candidates using all possible channels (including direct search)

  • Manage employer branding concepts and projects

  • Work with hiring managers to define expectations, future needs and team culture

  • Create an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish. Even when a candidate isn’t the right fit, they will leave the process feeling valued and having learned more about ClubRare

  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for roles in the blockchain space

  • Developing and fostering strong partnerships with internal and external parties


Qualifications:



  • Strong skills and experience in sourcing & headhunting

  • 3+ years of fast-paced, high-volume software development recruiting experience in web2 - web3 preferred

  • Experience working cross-functionally with a global remote team

  • Passion for NFTs or the metaverse

  • Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • High level of emotional intelligence

  • Strong negotiation skills
