Lead Graphic Designer

Multi-Chain Capital is seeking a Lead Graphic Designer to develop graphics and animated assets utilized across our website and social media accounts, and for digital marketing campaigns. You also will be in charge of developing visual identify for MCC, aligning with the vision of the project Founder and the core team.

You will be the responsible for ideating and executing all core creative assets for the brand. You will be working closely with other functions including Marketing, Operations, and Technology.

About MCC:

Multi-Chain Capital provides a simple way for DeFi users to benefit from Yield Farming investments. By doing the heavy lifting, in terms of bridging, farming and investing, MCC returns yields only available in other Layer 1 chains (Fantom, Polygon, etc.) to users on Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain. By holding MCC, the user earns both reflections and a future share of profits from the farming investment portfolio.

Lead Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

• Create and source graphic designs and animations for various marketing campaigns and initiatives.


• Create vector illustrations, design elements, and motion graphics to create engaging social media and marketing campaigns.


• Maintain the MCC brand across design assets.


• Build upon and expand brand style guidelines; develop new guidelines for emerging products.


• Organize designs, and various other digital materials used in the process in our digital shared drive to ensure they are easily accessible to other team members.


• Ability to complete graphics with varying turn around times. Our space moves quickly and at times the candidate will need to meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven graphics design experience with a very strong/engaging portfolio


• Highly proficient in all design aspects, including Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign


• Experience creating original vector illustrations and animated assets


• Exceptional creativity and versatility


• Cinema 4d" for 3d modeling is a plus


• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field is a plus


• Experience with blockchain projects is a plus
