Head of Community Engagement

We’re looking for an experienced Communications strategist with a passion for web3 culture, blockchain and the Ethereum ecosystem, who is excited to help corpus.ventures launch into its first phase of growth.

You will be on a mission to build and manage our communities of followers ensuring the relationships between our brand and the community are strong and engaging.

We need someone who

• is passionate about web3 and blockchain.


• understands that blockchain networks and privacy-preserving technologies are more than technologies – they’re part of a larger social movement for greater individual freedom.


• is a resourceful connector, a patient listener, and an enthusiastic member of the Ethereum community.


• has a passion for discussing and engaging in all things in this space, consuming news/trends/topics of interest, engaging with our communities through our brand channels, and being closely involved in various focus streams.


• loves to hang out at crypto events for fun.

What you’ll be doing

• The ideal candidate has a proven track record in developing tailored strategies and managing communities, spearheading community engagement programs, and working cross-functionally to ensure all activities are consistent with our brand standards.


• Articulate the mission and technical concepts to both developer and non-dev audiences.


• Connect with our communities, generate meaningful engagement that drives growth and raises awareness of corpus.ventures’ mission and initiatives.


• Build out a calendar of tailored content, live experiences, voice chats, town halls, community meetups and peer-to-peer events to spread the word about corpus.ventures.


• Be an internal advocate for users to ensure we know what is happening with our community and are finding solutions to their needs and problems.

What we’re looking for

• Deep knowledge and interest in all things blockchain technology, crypto, Web3.


• Proven track record in building and participating in a DAO.


• Demonstrated success in managing and moderating web3 communities.


• Experience launching community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter).


• Familiarity with online platforms such as Discord, Twitter, Medium, Instagram, LinkedIn.


• Ability to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the corpus.ventures communities as needed.


• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.


• Excel in a remote-only work environment.
